LIFE CONTEXT WORKSHOP

This workshop introduces the the basic principals of the Intensive Journal method through a series of written entries that invite each person to see what is present in his or her own life. Participants will receive an Intensive Journal workbook and will be guided throughout the workshop to the variety of vantage points created by Dr. Progoff that allow us to experience our ability to stretch time, re-enter the events, situations and circumstances of our past and continuing on to imagine our own futures.

Marilyn is a Faculty Emerita at The Evergreen State College and a professional artist who maintains a studio in Olympia. She was trained directly by Dr. Progoff and is a fully authorized Intensive Journal consultant.

Cost: $165.00. A $50.00 deposit is required to hold your spot. There will be periodic tea breaks, breaks for meals and plenty of time for private writing. The location is in downtown Olympia WA within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and the Marina at Percival Landing.

There are no prerequisites for this foundation workshop.
